Our process is simple.

Over the past 10 years and with many projects, we’ve honed our studio process down to a few simple steps.

  • We chat, we send you a proposal, you sign a contract and pay your deposit. We’ll have an initial coaching session about your project and then send you a timeline and get started!

  • Using our Web Prep Planners, we’ll guide you through the process of gathering your content (all of the copy and imagery on each page of your website). We'll meet up in our online collaboration platform to chat throughout the project in real time as we move along. You can always ask questions and can count on friendly support and helpful direction.

  • Once we have your content, we’ll design your beautiful new home on the web and optimize it for search engines. We'll coach you around any Top-Ups you may need for your business plan and implement those as well.

  • After launch we’ll stick around for a couple of weeks for technical support and any initial questions that come up. We'll create custom tutorial videos for you and help you orient to your new home on the web. And, after that we're always available at our hourly rate for ongoing maintenance.

  • We stand by our work and pride ourselves on long lasting collaborative relationships with our clients. Some of them become friends! We never want to leave a client unsatisfied with their website. We'll stick around until it's just right.
